1. After launching Batman Arkham City, create a new profile in Games for Windows – LIVE

2. It will show a terms of service page, click CONTINUE.

3. In this step do not click the CONTINUE button, instead scroll down and press the “Create  Offline Profile” and input a Profile name to create a local profile.
